Chad has filled the new role of Operations Manager at SMRU Consulting. He has been doing similar work for The Whale Museum on San Juan Island and for Granite Gear an outdoor gear manufacturer in Minnesota. He also brings a background in Communications, focusing on marketing and design. Creating content for several magazines and websites, he focused on effective communication design. While working for the Duluth News-Tribune, a daily newspaper, he created special sections and functioned as a liaison for the editorial staff. He works out of the Friday Harbor office on San Juan Island in Washington state.
